The MOBILEMAN D3 has been designed for all types of liquid screeds for the treatment of insulation or coatings.

D3 MOBILEMAN is a variable and configurable model of GB machines, you can determine the size of the trough, for the purposes of insulation (polystyrene), a trough with a higher structure to carry more equipment. The client can freely choose the number and size of chambers for binders.
Each MOBILEMAN can be built according to the wishes and needs of the client allowing a better logistics of construction. The filling on site is no problem, binders and sand can be transported by wind tunnel.

The trough while rising allows a direct supply of binders or aggregates. A screw carries the mixture to the mixing tank. Additives are added to the mixture using metering pumps. The system brings all materials at the rear of the machine, where a weighing unit takes over and verifies the prescribed mixing of the material.
You always get the exact mixture, the MOBILEMAN is your own factory mobile screed, adaptable to the quality of the material you want to treat, resulting in a certified screed and ensuring a homogeneous mixture comply with the quality regulations.
The exact mixing ratio is ensured by a control system on the back of the MOBILEMAN. This system pilots the exact quantity of water, Binder, sand and aggregates. The mixture is then automatically pumped and transported to the job site. Up to 8 individual blends are programmable via the control system and selectable by the operator, the D3 MOBILEMAN handles the rest automatically.

The verifiability of a mixture is possible with the MOBILEMAN when works are carried out for other companies and a proof of quality is required.
The MOBILEMAN D3 is controlled by the "Power Pack". It contains all motor units, such as the powerful engine, hydraulic system, an auxiliary generator, fuel, and oil tanks as well as a hydraulic hose reel. Everything is centralized under one roof, plain and simple for easy handling.
The D3 MOBILEMAN is a versatile machine for all liquid screeds, also easily configurable as a car, we are able to build practically on measure, according to the needs and wishes of screed companies.
